Dear Colleagues,
Turkish Society of Periodontology is the oldest and pioneering society in Turkish Dentistry with continuous scientific meetings. Unfortunately, last year we had to cancel our annual congress due to the Covid-19 pandemic, which has affected the whole world and changed our lives profoundly.
Regarding to our previous experiences in the physical congress, we all well know that we fulfill our longings, strengthen our friendships and exchange our knowledge which remind us that we are a family.
Since the Covid-19 pandemic is still going on, digital transformation has become a necessity and gained momentum. As a result, online congresses have inevitably become a part of our scientific and professional lives. Consequently, the 50th International Scientific Congress of the Turkish Society of Periodontology is planned as an online event, and it will be held on 5-6 November 2021.
This time we will see each other on screens. We truly believe that we will experience warm feelings of being a family even on an online platform.
The rich scientific program by the participation of distinguished international and Turkish invited speakers will be enriched with oral or poster presentation of young researchers.
As the organization committee of the congress, we are excited to welcome you to our first online congress on 5-6 November 2021.
